Job Description

This role oversees the adoption and effective use of various SaaS platforms across 40,000 educators and staff. The objective is to enhance productivity and efficiency through seamless integration of commercial and central government tools.

The successful candidate will drive the adoption and usage of tools like Device Management Application, Classroom Management tools, Microsoft 365, Google Classroom & Workspace productivity suites, and central Whole-of-Government (WOG) tools. They will identify and address adoption barriers, facilitate training, build a support structure, and use data analytics to sustain funding and advocate for productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Adoption and Usage: Lead efforts to increase adoption and usage of SaaS tools among 40,000 educators and staff, ensuring high productivity and satisfaction.
  2. Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs, create support resources, and collaborate with school leaders and trainers to embed tool usage into daily routines.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build relationships with stakeholders, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement and Scaling
  • Refine strategies based on feedback and data insights.
  • Scale successful initiatives across more schools.
Business Case Development and Funding
  • Use analytics to monitor adoption and productivity gains.
  • Create compelling business cases to secure ongoing funding, presenting proposals to senior management.
