Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cost management activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of cost management principles.

Responsibilities
• Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including developing and presenting final cost plans
• Ensure the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to clients
• Lead value engineering and life cycle costing exercises
• Motivate team members to deliver positive client outcomes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
• Degree qualifications in Quantity Surveying, construction management, engineering or similar discipline with over 15 years' work experience
• Proven experience working on a range of projects across industry sectors, particularly in public sector, mixed development, industrial, semiconductor, lifescience/pharma, data center, hi tech, infrastructure etc.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive outcomes on behalf of clients, develop new business, leverage current opportunities, and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines and deliverables
