We are a leading semiconductor manufacturing company seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing processes with data-driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain smooth daily manufacturing operations and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identify technology deficiencies, develop corrective solutions, and validate their effectiveness.
- Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality and reliability, yield and productivity standards.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze complex data sets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in specific module process engineering, possessing in-depth technical knowledge.
- Experience working in a 12" (300mm) semiconductor fabrication facility is advantageous.
- Opportunities to travel overseas for training may be available, subject to business needs.
