We are seeking a skilled and innovative Process Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on designing and implementing internal web applications, automation scripts, and other digital tools to streamline data collections, analysis, and reporting.

  1. As a Process Development Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting internal web applications, automation scripts, and other digital tools. You will work closely with the team to design and implement solutions that meet the strategic needs of the organization.
  2. You will also be responsible for training and adoption of new technologies and processes within the department. This will involve prototyping AI-based features and fine-tuning them for departmental workflows.
  3. In addition, you will implement encryption, access controls, and other safeguards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as PDPA and ISO 27001. You will also coordinate with the Manager on resource or budget requirements for secure solutions.
  4. You will engage with departmental leads, end-users, and the Digital Solutions Specialist during project rollouts or pilot tests. You will gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and iterate solutions to improve user experience and performance.
  5. You will translate high-level milestones into actionable tasks and keep the Manager updated on development progress, risk factors, and post-deployment evaluations.
Requirements:
  • You must have proven ability to adapt quickly and acquire new skills.
  • You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools and technologies such as Vibe coding and in-house web app development is essential.
  • You should have knowledge of AI tools and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • You should have a commitment to continuous learning and innovation, especially in AI (AI Champion mindset).
  • You should have strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
