Job Description

As a dedicated member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.

  1. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers via phone calls, emails, or letters;
  2. Collaborate with internal and external debt collectors to ensure timely payment statements are issued;
  3. Prepare and generate AR statements to ensure compliance with company policies;
  4. Monitor credit limits for customers and promptly report any delinquent accounts to management;
  5. Be responsible for all aspects of AR billing;
  6. Verify and validate that performance invoices are correctly raised;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
