We are seeking a seasoned Port Agency Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless port calls from pre-arrival information messages to FDA closure.

Your duties will include the submission of ICA applications, pilotage bookings, transmission messages, and MPA Digiport updates. You will also be responsible for selecting contractors for goods and services provided to principals, including the submission of competitive quotations as required.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with Ships Agency processes, standards, and procedures, including the correct use of operating systems. You will monitor vessels and respond to follow-up inquiries in a proactive, efficient, and timely manner.
