About the Role

The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of technical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

  • Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues, including equipment defects and breakdowns.
  • Oversee replacement and conversion works to ensure equipment is upgraded or restored to optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with THD and product support teams to address recurring technical challenges and implement long-term solutions.
