  3. Work collaboratively with senior chefs to achieve culinary excellence, including plating dishes, food presentation, and inventory management.
  4. Evaluate and improve food quality, ensuring consistency with kitchen standards.
  5. Participate in inventory management, reporting shortages, and ensuring sufficient kitchen supplies.
  6. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menus, driving innovation and culinary growth.
  7. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to management.
  8. Prioritize adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, protecting both staff and customers.

Requirements:

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
