AML Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AML-KYC professional to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our compliance unit, you will be responsible for conducting thorough KYC reviews and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct holistic KYC reviews for high-net-worth individual clients.
- Perform in-depth Source of Wealth (SOW) reviews, benchmarking, and detailed analysis to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Independently manage case reviews, escalating risks where necessary.
- E nsure compliance with AML/CFT regulatory requirements.
- Support ongoing AML/KYC remediation projects in collaboration with compliance teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory standards and best practices.
- Assist with status tracking, MI reporting, and project monitoring.
- Minimum 1+ years of KYC/AML experience in banking or financial services.
- Mandatory experience on Source of Wealth (SOW).
- Proven expertise in SOW reviews, write-ups, and risk assessments.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT requirements.
- Experience working with high-net-worth customer segments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently under deadlines.
- Prior experience in AML/KYC remediation projects.
