We are seeking a highly skilled AML Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an AML Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of anti-money laundering compliance across all aspects of our operations.
Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and will be able to design and implement effective AML controls and procedures to prevent and detect money laundering activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic and ad-hoc reviews of existing retail banking customers to ensure their accounts comply with AML regulations.
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on higher-risk customers to understand their source of wealth and corroborate it.
- Identify gaps in customer know-your-customer profiles and highlight required information to address suspicious transaction reports.
- Ensure transactions reviewed are in line with customer profiles.
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
