Job Description

In this role, you will assist our clients in the Analytics department by providing 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users across multiple industries. You will use your analytical skills to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality results.

With our comprehensive training program, you will gain a deep understanding of our Bloomberg products and clients in the context of financial markets. This knowledge will enable you to provide expert-level support and guidance to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and the ability to start in 2025 (Candidates graduating by August 2025 are welcome to apply)
  • Up to 4 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial markets and the aspiration to work in the financial services industry
  • Ambition for a client-facing career, with focus on relationship management and sales
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders or clients through previous work/internship experience, academic courses, or extracurricular activities
  • Interest in innovative technologies and their potential to enhance workflows and efficiencies
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Business proficiency and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) to manage respective clients
