Key Responsibilities

* Conduct service assignments, diagnose and repair equipment issues, and make necessary adjustments.
* Comprehend system parameters and interactions for process development and pursue extensive electronic-mechanical troubleshooting.
* Meet and exceed customer and company expectations for service support.
* Provide direct equipment support at customer fabrication sites.
* Document detailed technical reports following service assignments.
* Manage and utilize specific jigs during service operations.
* Collaborate with and assist senior engineers in advanced technical tasks.
* Handle the delivery of parts to customers on an ad-hoc basis.
* Execute service, installation, and troubleshooting for both local and international assignments.
* Maintain spare parts inventory and manage records using SAP B1 software.

Requirements

* Minimum NITEC in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering, or related.
* Cleanroom working experience will be highly advantageous.
* Experience in machine set-up/installation/modification/servicing/troubleshooting/repair.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable with standing by/working after working hours.
* Comfortable with travelling.
* Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
