Freight Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of freight operations from origin to destination. Your goal will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Logistics Coordination: You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage the logistics process, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Shipment Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed.
- Cargo Inspection: You will inspect cargo in the warehouse to ensure proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Document Preparation: You will prepare and review shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork.
- Relevant Work Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant working experience in logistics or a related field.
