Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

A dedicated professional with precision maintenance expertise is sought to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our precision engineering equipment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and minimizing downtime.

  • Create and execute regular maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment.
  • Identify and fix issues with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in CNC machines and other equipment, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to machinery and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Good understanding of CNC machines (Fanuc control) and PLC programming.
  • Experience with AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
