In this position, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate processing of vendor and intercompany transactions, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and supporting month-end close and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate weekly payments according to internal controls and relevant regulations.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, including charge in/out, reimbursements, payroll-related items, and management fees.
  • Prepare, post, and accurately code intercompany invoices.
  • Complete monthly intercompany netting statements and process related payments.
