Job Title: Hydraulic Service Engineer

MENCK is the world's leading provider of equipment and services for pile installation. Our top-of-the-range pile drivers have over 150 years of experience in establishing foundations and structures of any size.

We are recruiting Field Service Representatives for worldwide assignments. The successful candidate will ensure work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to MENCK's and our clients' quality and health and safety requirements.

  • Provide a high-quality mechanical repairs, maintenance and planned improvement service to customers.
  • Carry out a full range of mechanical duties working on various equipment within the workshop and other commissioning sites.
  • Undertake duties as required including test and inspection, reactive maintenance and installation.
  • Complete works in accordance with specifications and compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.
  • Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and Health and Safety procedures as required.

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills in engines and power packs; working knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
  • Experience with hydraulic hammers is highly advantageous.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in heavy industry and/or offshore equipment maintenance is preferred.
