Centre Director Opportunity

The Centre Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our centre, ensuring alignment with the school's policies and quality standards. This leadership position involves managing teaching staff to develop and implement a holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of daily centre operations in accordance with established policies and quality standards.
  • Manage and direct teaching staff to design, develop, and deliver the centre's pre-school curriculum.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, fostering strong relationships and addressing their concerns.
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a centre supervisor in a pre-school or childcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • High sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
