Job Title: Centre Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Operations Director to oversee daily activities, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure effective management of daily centre operations, scheduling, and staffing.
  • Lead and support the teaching team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Manage class quality and be prepared to teach when necessary.
  • Handle parent inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Plan and execute events and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to manage operations and teach when required.
  • Experience in education or centre management is preferred.
