Job Title: Senior Executive/Executive, Volunteer Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Volunteer Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating volunteer recruitment activities, including public workshops/talks, and matching volunteers to the appropriate program based on program requirements and volunteer interests.

  • Developing volunteer profiles and opportunities according to the organization's volunteer programs.
  • Supporting the implementation of risk mitigation measures for volunteer involvement.
  • Supporting volunteer recruitment and matching them to the appropriate programs according to clients' needs and volunteers' interests.
  • Working with volunteer managers to develop, implement, and evaluate volunteer management initiatives, policies, and tools.
  • Performing a supporting role in sustaining volunteer partnerships with social service agencies, community stakeholders, corporate partners, and agencies for volunteer partnerships to enhance volunteer programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting volunteer training programs and retention activities.
  • Coordinating, conducting, and facilitating training programs for volunteers.
  • Providing training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on volunteer programs.
  • Evaluating and assessing the program.
  • Preparing reports and providing post-training feedback and recommendations for improving the training programs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Relations Management, or People Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Volunteer Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and work in a team.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and mature in program coordination and management.
  • Strong organisational and event management skills with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and adaptable with ability to multitask under timelines.
