We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Asian Ingredients and Technology Excellence (IEC) for Cocoa. This position will be responsible for building an innovation and solution-based ingredients portfolio relevant for our Asian customers and adding value to our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cocoa knowledge, capabilities, and the ability to provide high-quality solutions to our customers in the shortest possible time. They will work closely with various teams, including Product Line Managers, Quality Department, Commercial team, and Factories in Singapore and Indonesia.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development of new cocoa ingredients or technologies for the Asian market based on business needs and in close collaboration with IEC Koog and factories.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Management and Operations to simplify the portfolio of ingredients by identifying and implementing routing, raw material, and process improvement initiatives that reduce cost and complexity.
- Responsible for Asian technical ingredient portfolio management, monitoring, and optimizing the cocoa ingredient portfolio in collaboration with Product Line Managers, IEC, and Quality department.
- Work closely with Commercial teams to identify relevance of specifications for customers and relate ingredient performance in application to internal specifications.
