**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various projects and initiatives related to hospital, medical centre, and other associated business units.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work well with people from different departments and levels. They will also possess strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The role involves tracking preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department, as well as supporting car park operations. The successful candidate will also assist in any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and initiatives related to hospital, medical centre, and other associated business units.
  • Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department.
  • Support car park operations.
  • Assist in any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Facilities Management / Building Facility.
  • Able to consider Degree holders with no experience as training will be provided.
  • Keen to commit for 3 Months contract to 1 year contract.
  • Completion bonus provided at the end of 1 year.
