This Is An IT Support Group is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct financial analyses, participate in business development, and manage restructuring and insolvency processes for client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and review financial statements to assess business performance
- Analyze historical financial performance and perform cash flow analysis
- Develop financial restructuring plans based on gathered data and information
- Assist in drafting correspondence to clients with creditors during restructuring or insolvency
- Support the team with judicial management, receiverships, and liquidations
- Maintain internal and external relationships to drive desired outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions
- Tenacious and willing to learn on the job
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
Requirements:
- Background in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant field
- Experience in corporate insolvency/restructuring is advantageous but not necessary
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
