Global Talent Acquisition Lead

The Global Talent Acquisition Lead will support recruitment efforts across Asia and the Middle East markets, delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates.

This role is part of an international team undergoing an exciting period of growth, contributing to building future teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple countries and business units across the region.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for open positions, including sourcing, qualifying, and relationship management.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and champion diversity and inclusion.
  • Build networks and relationships with top talent across the region.
  • Guide client groups with all aspects of recruitment.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to enhance the employer brand across the region.
Qualifications:
  • A seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with high-quality recruitment solutions in a growth environment.
  • Expert knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, and negotiation.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple markets in Asia, preferably within a creative, digital, or technology multinational organization.
  • Passionate about music and entertainment, excited to contribute to industry development.
  • Tuned in to popular culture, the music, entertainment, and tech business landscape, as well as key trends and topics in HR and recruitment.
  • A structured approach to recruitment, with expertise in using ATS systems.
  • A great communicator with a track record of impactful relationships at various levels of an organization.
  • A results-driven individual who takes ownership to deliver for client groups and candidates, focused on making an impact.
