Technical Copier Specialist

At MCLINK ASIA PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Copier Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of photocopier machines and connectivity at customer premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and commissioning of photocopier machines and connectivity at customer premises
  • Diagnosing and repairing equipment on and off site
  • Investigating and resolving maintenance and repair issues
  • Managing tool kits, spare parts, and consumable supplies accurately
  • Conducting preventive maintenance and photocopier adjustments in the field
  • Providing outstanding support to meet customers' needs on response time
  • Submitting meter readings in a timely manner
  • Providing training and advice to customers on operation and basic maintenance of machines
  • Interacting professionally with all customers
  • Establishing good relationships with customers and fellow employees

Requirements:
  • Valid driving license
  • Preferred experience in hands-on repair/service on any brands of copier machines
  • Customer service oriented
  • PC literate with basic network knowledge an advantage
  • Knowledge in networking/installation an advantage
