Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst who can drive business growth through data insights and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing advanced analytics, reporting, and BI applications to support business stakeholders.

  • Provide in-depth data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver impactful analysis use cases
  • Design and implement autonomous data analysis solutions using BI + AI(LLM) tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and other data analysis techniques
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Spark, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and other common data analysis tools
  • Extensive experience in content platform or internet product data analysis, with familiarity with relevant data metrics and analysis methods
  • Deep understanding of business processes and requirements, with ability to translate complex analytical insights into executable action plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-national and cross-cultural teams
