Join Our Team as a Graduate Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team at Subsea 7. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of our Graduate Engineer Development Scheme (GEDS), a two-year program designed to develop your technical and non-technical skills.

About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of deliverables, including engineering support to the Drawing Office, design calculations, analysis, reports, specifications, procedures, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports, and various 3rd-party submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the production of technical documentation in line with Subsea 7 standards and processes.
  • Develop awareness of clients' needs and address design parameters and problems.
  • Participate in meetings and correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and 3rd parties in a junior capacity.
  • Recognize the objectives for professional development and strive to achieve development goals.
  • Commit to Subsea 7 values and work according to the Business Management System and best work practices.
