Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is pivotal in the design, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing materials, partner programs, and e-commerce strategies within the Asia Pacific region. The individual will collaborate closely with various departments, particularly Sales and Product Management, and engage with multiple agencies, including eCommerce, Social Media, Design, and Public Relations, to effectively implement digital and channel marketing strategies.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute significantly to the formulation and execution of eCommerce marketing strategies aimed at achieving business-to-business channel goals.
  • Lead the digital strategy for the company’s website, social media, and online platforms.
  • Utilize tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of media and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee various online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, display advertising, app marketing, email campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
  • Generate innovative digital marketing concepts and content, while conducting A/B testing.
  • Assess campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the creative and product teams to develop all marketing communications and social media campaigns, ensuring timely execution of promotions.
  • Compile reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, customer relationship management (CRM), and loyalty programs.
  • Manage and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Coordinate with partners for collaborative promotional opportunities.
  • Create and oversee all internal and external communication materials, which may include social media content, e-commerce site content, in-store merchandising, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Plan and manage digital and channel marketing activities alongside the Senior Marketing Manager for promotions, product launches, influencer engagement, and events.
  • Track and manage budgets for local marketing execution.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and prepare reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in managing marketing projects.
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills, with strong project management capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a higher-level position.
