Learning Centre Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Learning Centre Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our teachers in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone enquiries
- Provide course consultation and ensure proper follow-up
- Handle and resolve general feedback and complaints
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
- Process new student registration and payment
- Provide administrative support to teachers, such as preparation of materials for classes
- Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary
- Candidate must possess at least O Level / Diploma holders
- Able to work independently
- Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Passionate in customer service
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
As a Learning Centre Admin, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting our teachers and students in their daily operations. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in customer service, administration, and communication.
