IFRS Actuarial Analyst Job Opportunity

This role is with a global reinsurer that continues to invest and grow in the region.

  • Reporting to the Reserving Actuary as a member of the Property & Casualty team.
  • Responsible for the calculation of reserves, conduct reserving studies and benchmarks to develop market-driven reserving bases.
  • Support all actuarial components of IFRS reporting, including input validation, analysis and explanation of results.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives and projects.
Requirements

A qualified actuary with at least 2 years of relevant experience in either property & casualty (P&C) or life & health (L&H) in insurance and reinsurance.

Knowledge of IFRS or statutory reporting requirements is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly commercial, independent, a strong team player and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
