Accounting Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer master records, preparing invoices, reconciling ledgers, and performing various accounting tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate customer master records
- Prepare and dispatch invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger on a regular basis
- Process bad debts and follow up on outstanding bills from corporate accounts
- Verify Medisave transactions and compute professional fees for inpatient billing
- Assist in system integration matters and prepare journals and audit schedules
Requirements:
- Minimum A'level or Diploma qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Sales and Accounts Payable expertise
- Experience with General Journal and Journal Entries
- Knowledge of Accounting Systems and Data Entry
- Accounts Receivable and SAP proficiency
- Bookkeeping and Navision skills
Work Environment:
This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
