Talented Support Educator Wanted for Classroom Role
Description:
We are seeking an experienced educator to join our dynamic school community. As a key member of our teaching team, you will provide valuable support to the main classroom teacher and help facilitate learning in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily programs and lesson planning to ensure students meet their full potential
- Work closely with students who require additional support and guidance
- Supervise educational activities and games to promote engagement and enjoyment
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback to teachers
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum content
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field
- Proven experience working in a classroom setting, preferably in an IB or Cambridge International School environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
