Job Title: Senior Architect Executive - Construction Specialist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned architect with experience in leading project teams and managing multiple projects concurrently. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to establish good working relationships with different parties, and support the procurement of new business.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead/Manage the project team to complete projects on time and according to client requirements
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion
  • Ensure project team's current workflow practices are in line with company standards

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-8 years' relevant experience as architectural assistant
  • Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Board of Architects (BOA)

  • Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction
