Arborist Position

We are seeking a skilled Arborist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about tree care and maintenance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive tree assessments, prepare detailed reports and implement tree pruning and maintenance programs in collaboration with contractors and supervisors.
  • Respond to urgent and emergency tree matters outside of regular working hours.
  • Inspect trees and prescribe remedies for health problems.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Newly certified arborists are welcome to apply. Working experience in arborist management is advantageous.
  • Accredited certified arborist or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Experience in tree-climbing and chainsaw operations is advantageous.
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in report writing, teamwork, leadership, open-mindedness, workplace safety, tree pruning, problem-solving, English language proficiency, arboriculture knowledge, landscape maintenance, horticulture and landscaping.
