About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor high-performing teams of data engineers & architects, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions that ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Working closely with clients to understand business needs and create cutting-edge data architecture strategies.
  • Oversight of seamless integration of disparate data systems, including legacy platforms, cloud-native solutions, and third-party sources.

  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and distributed architectures.
  • Familiarity with data privacy/security regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Expertise in Python, Java, Scala, SQL for data engineering and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
