AVP-Impact Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The role of the AVP-Impact Operations Specialist is to drive positive impact in credit operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by financially disadvantaged sections of society and be passionate about creating value through efficient processes.

This position involves implementing and optimizing credit operations practices, overseeing the entire credit operations process from sourcing to disbursal, and driving process efficiency through daily performance reviews.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners, you will analyze historical delinquent cases to identify trends and implement proactive measures for improvement.

Additionally, you will provide strategic insights and leadership to drive the organization towards its business and social objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Implement and optimize credit operations processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Credit Operations Oversight: Oversee the entire credit operations process from sourcing to disbursal.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze historical delinquent cases to identify trends and implement proactive measures.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with Risk team to ensure effective risk management within credit operations unit.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic insights and leadership to drive organizational objectives.
Qualifications:

A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, along with 7-10 years of experience in credit management within a reputable financial institution.
