We are currently looking for a dynamic and empathetic leader to take on the role of AVP - Impact Operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating a positive impact and possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by financially disadvantaged sections of society.Responsibilities for this role include implementing and optimizing practices and procedures to enhance the efficiency of credit operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit operations process, from sourcing to disbursal, with a keen focus on driving process efficiency through daily KPI reviews. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners, you will analyze historical delinquent cases to identify trends and implement proactive measures for improvement.In addition, you will provide commercial insights and leadership to drive the organization towards its business and social impact objectives. Working closely with the Risk team, you will ensure the effective operation of a robust risk and compliance management system within the credit operations unit. Moreover, you will collaborate with Product and Technology teams to implement new technologies and processes for automation and enhanced productivity.To be considered for this role, you should hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, along with 7-10 years of experience in credit management within a reputable NBFC or Bank. A good understanding of regulatory environments related to lending and banking is essential, as well as proficiency in risk management practices.
