Front Office Operations Lead

The Front Office Manager will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive operational excellence in all front office activities.
This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong track record of success in managing front office operations, leading teams, and driving results.
Main Responsibilities- Leverage expertise to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with the front office team to achieve seamless check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain high service standards by providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure adequate manpower coverage through effective rostering and scheduling practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality management is required.
