Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to achieve seamless check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain high service standards by providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure adequate manpower coverage through effective rostering and scheduling practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality management is required.
