Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced health and safety professional to join our civil marine work project in Singapore.

  • Provide advice and assistance to the Project Manager for the development, implementation, review and revision of health and safety sections of the Project Execution Plan.
  • Participate in project risk assessments and recommend measures to eliminate or minimize any foreseeable risk to any person.
  • Investigate and report on all work-related injuries/illnesses and near misses.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safety management principles and experience in investigating and reporting safety and health incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to achieve project safety and health targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of site safety incidents and reports.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will have;

  • A Ministry of Manpower-approved qualification course for the Workplace Safety and Health Co-ordinator.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the application of safety management principles in the construction-related industry.
  • A valid Occupational First Aid Certificate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
