Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) professional to oversee the coordination of all M&E works on our projects. This role will be based in the Central Region, working 5.5 days a week.

  • The successful candidate will have at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with relevant experience in building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all M&E works on site.
  • Supervise and coordinate M&E works at project sites.
  • Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct general on-site technical and engineering matters, as well as quality checks.
  • Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with requirements.
  • Review and align M&E design and project drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
  • Prepare structural penetration shop-drawings for approval.
  • Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with architectural coordinators and design engineers to issue drawings for approval.
  • Produce M&E coordination drawings.
  • Maintain M&E drawing records.
  • Attend site meetings and technical meetings with consultants.
  • Be responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in building construction projects.
