About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Banking Solutions Analyst to join our team at NEW TONE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a Senior Business Analyst Core banking professional, you will be responsible for leading business analysis for core banking platforms, corporate actions, payments, and reconciliation systems.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with expertise in core banking processes and features, including transaction capture, settlement, and accounting booking, corporate actions processing and accounts reconciliation. Additionally, you will possess strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and SQL Scripts. Experience with AS400 systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and structure new requirements with stakeholders, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered and integrated.
- Lead the creation of functional solutions with business and IT teams, defining and managing implementation roadmaps with technical support.
- Drive use case development for Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), overseeing solution design, validation, and approval processes.
- Ensure project governance and coordinate implementations, manage user workshops, risk identification, and issue tracking.
- Plan and manage migration strategies and change management activities, acting as the main point of contact for user representatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a deep understanding of financial products such as securities, payments, money markets, FX, credit, derivatives, structured products, commodities, and mutual funds. You should also possess excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as strong ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and senior management.
