Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tool Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting R&D activities, leading the design and development of new tools, and ensuring the timely deployment of First-of-Kind equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Support R&D activities, leading the design and development of new tools, and ensuring the timely deployment of First-of-Kind equipment.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Vendor partners to develop comprehensive packages capable for volume manufacturing sites.
  • Generate and maintain documents outlining equipment performance, operating procedures, maintenance specifications, and cost metrics.
  • Support internal and external audits.
Requirements
  • A minimum of PhD or >3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in the area of equipment engineer roles.
  • In-depth understanding of equipment operation, working principles, troubleshooting, and tool installation procedures is a must.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to convey messages clearly and sharply locally and globally.
