  • Communication Skills: You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Team Player: You are a collaborative team member who can also take the lead on projects when necessary.

  • Youth Experience: Prior experience supporting or working with youth-led projects is highly valued.

  • Flexibility: You are flexible to work on weekends, as needed.
