Job Title: Senior Enterprise Data Analyst

This role involves analyzing, designing, developing, testing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise data systems. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, technical specification development, programming, code review, job scheduling, unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment to production, post-implementation support, and technical documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with access control models such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficiency in writing complex queries
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python or Java
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and techniques
  • Understanding of User Access Management and Application Access Matrix
  • Experience with Identity Management implementations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to understand business unit roles and access provisioning processes
  • Review and create business policies and roles in the identity management system
  • Understand and validate application-level role matrices
  • Follow up on consolidated access certification feedbacks/queries
  • Perform target account reconciliations against the identity management system
  • Support the IDM team by completing daily tasks assigned
  • Provide administrative support to the IDM team
  • Maintain high productivity standards
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
