Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data analytics initiatives that directly impact organisational transformation. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design, build, and deploy enterprise-wide analytics solutions.

  • Working Hours: Mon- Fri
  • Working Location: One North
  • Salary Budget: Up to $9000 (basic)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor data analysts within an Agile product team, supporting end-to-end product development from conceptualisation to solution delivery.
  • Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions, custom reports, and dashboards leveraging enterprise data platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance the enterprise analytics platform, reusable assets, and data governance practices.
  • Monitor, validate, and improve the performance and adoption of analytics solutions.
  • Provide operational support and maintenance of the analytics infrastructure and systems.
  • Curate and deliver training/workshops to upskill colleagues in analytics and data science.
  • Support departmental/divisional goals through other data-related initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 8- 10 years of experience in developing advanced analytics or data science solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python/R, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and ML platforms
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage.
