Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the setup of the dormitory, including tenancy agreements and house rules handbook.


Key responsibilities include coordinating and following up on the conversion from office to dormitory space, leading and managing a team of staff responsible for day-to-day operations, and liaising with cross-functional departments to manage processes associated with the operation and maintenance of the dormitory.


The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining good rapport with government agencies, monitoring the overall well-being of residents, and addressing their feedback and concerns promptly.


In addition, the successful candidate will oversee routine audit maintenance inspection and follow-up for all building-related matters, enforce rules, and provide required support and guidance.


Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in FEDA licensing requirements
