Mechanical and Electrical Construction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Mechanical and Electrical Site Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in construction projects, particularly in M&E activities.
The successful candidate will oversee all construction activities on-site, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Key responsibilities include independently managing day-to-day construction progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines, interpreting and working according to M&E drawings and technical specifications, and supervising site staff and subcontractors.
Other key tasks include identifying and resolving discrepancies in drawings, planning and managing project schedules, preparing essential construction plans, implementing quality control procedures, and verifying that only approved materials meeting project specifications are used.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a diploma in Civil/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction projects, familiarity with relevant codes and standards, proficiency in reading technical drawings and using project planning tools, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work independently under tight schedules.
