Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all mechanical and electrical site works to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specifications, and alignment with the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all M&E site works to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specification, and alignment with the project timeline.
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of M&E systems, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify that M&E works meet safety and quality standards.
  • Review and coordinate construction drawings across M&E disciplines, and ensure seamless integration with structural and architectural elements.
  • Plan M&E installation schedule & work sequence.
  • Attend M&E RTO inspection.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering work experience in relevant field.
  • Knowledge in design and build project and relevant code of practice.
  • Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experience.
