Shipping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and handling full sets of export and import shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.
  • They will also handle permit declarations for customs clearance and liaise with direct carriers and forwarders on delivery schedules.
  • The Shipping Manager will be responsible for shipping matters and filing, as well as liaising with hauliers for trucking arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant work experience and be proficient in MS Office and social media platforms. They should possess strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Manage multiple shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
