Job Title: Key ICT Product Leader

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Key ICT Product Leader to drive product strategies, manage vendor partnerships, and support sales channels.

Location: East

Full-Time | Immediate Opportunity

  • Represent assigned vendors, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Conduct product training and presentations for partners, enhancing their understanding of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch campaigns, promotions, and events that showcase our products.
  • Stay ahead of the market by analyzing trends, pricing, and competitors, informing strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing quotations, solution positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Assist in planning joint go-to-market initiatives and lead partner engagement efforts, maximizing our impact.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product strategies, ensuring alignment and success.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and operational matters, delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT distribution, sales, or product management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ICT/enterprise solutions and the local partner ecosystem.
  • Motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
