Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise infrastructure, with expertise in VMware, Windows Server, and Linux.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain VMware environments, including vCenter, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Oversee Active Directory administration, including user provisioning, security groups, and GPOs.
  • Implement and manage Veeam backup solutions, including regular testing of recovery processes.
  • Monitor, patch, and secure servers to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in systems and server administration.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware vCenter and virtual machine management.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
  • Proficiency in Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a technical lead role.
  • Certifications such as VMware VCP or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms for hybrid integration.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation.
